HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A VIRTUAL USA MISSION?
We have a simple 3 step process to follow:
Pick your mission, Package, Price Plan and Pay
Register for a MyVirtualMission account via the confirmation email we will send you
Download the MyVirtualMission app, sync you fitness device if you want to and that's it, that simple!

CAN I SIGN UP TO MORE THAN ONE VIRTUAL USA MISSION?
Each mission is it's own event and you can participators in a number of this e missions at the same time. This means that when you log your miles, they will count towards all the missions you are part of, not just one. This makes completeing the entire challenge just that little bit more achievable.
WHY DO ALL THE VIRTUAL USA MISSIONS HAVE DIFFERENT START DATES?
The start date the Full Virtual USA Mission has been designed to give you the greatest amount of time to complete the mission, or at least see how far you can get.
The start dates for the NEW smaller Stage Missions are based on when we were due to start each stage of The USA Challenge in 2020, prior to us postponing to 2021.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MISSION I WANT TO JOIN HAS ALREADY STARTED?
Don't worry, we offer the ability to back date any miles you may have achieved since the start of any of our Virtual USA Missions. Full instructions on how to do this are sent to you in your confirmation email once you have paid for your mission.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
We pride ourselves on the fact that our Virtual USA Missions are accessible to all abilities, this should also be the case financially.
We offer a number Payment Plans linked to most of our Mission Packages. To find out more information about what's on offer simply visit your chosen Virtual USA Mission page and you will find all the information you need.

WHAT IF I AM STRUGGLING TO PAY FOR MY PAYMENT PLAN?
If you find yourself in a position where you are struggling to fulfil your chosen Payment Plan, then your first point of call would be to email The 401 Challenge Team at email@example.com.
Our team would then be able to talk through options that are available to you. If you chose to end your Payment Plan prior to Full Payment being received, the 401 Challenge Team will email you to arrange full payment of the outstanding balance. If we can't get in touch with you or you are unable to make further payments we will cancel your Virtual USA Mission, no refund will be given and no rewards will be sent out.
CAN I GET A REFUND AS I'VE CHANGE MY MIND, OR I'M INJURED?
You have the right to change your mind anytime up to 14 days after you have purchased your USA Virtual Challenge place. We will deduct a £10.00 fee from all refunds to cover the none refundable cost of the platform registration.
After 14 days, no refunds will be given and you will not be entitled to any of the rewards. Any issues or concerns please email The 401 Challenge Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to answer any questions you have.
WHEN WILL MY REWARDS BE SENT OUT TO ME?
Please note it can take up to 6 weeks for your rewards to be sent out to you. We aim to get them out to you quicker, but due to lead times with our suppliers sometimes it can take up to 6 weeks.
We will always keep you updated on the progress of your rewards as we get as much joy sending them out to you as you do receiving them.
WHAT ACTIVITIES CAN WE USE FOR OUR VIRTUAL USA MISSION MILES?
Other than the standard run, walk, cycle, swim options there are so many other alternative activity options you can do that will automatically count towards your mileage total. We have developed an 'Alternative Activities Guide' that has 120 different activities listed, explore what interesting activities you can do to help achieve your mission miles. This is emailed to you once you join the mission.
HOW DO I LINK MY FITNESS GADGET?
Please note, only link one fitness device otherwise you will start to receive duplicates and need to manually delete them.
Using the MyVirtualMission App:
Click on the three lines in the top left of your screen and then 'My Connections'.
Pick your device and follow the onscreen instructions.
Using the MyVirtualMission website:
Login to your MyVirtualMission account
Under the blue button 'My Account', click 'My Connections'.
Pick your chosen device and follow the onscreen instructions.

I DON'T HAVE A FITNESS GADGET, CAN I STILL BE INVOLVED?
Yes, you can use our 'Alternative Activities Guide' to figure out your distances and manually update your achievements as often as you wish using the MyVirtualMission app / website.
I WANT TO CREATE A TEAM FOR ME AND MY FRIENDS, HOW DO I DO THIS?
Drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the names and email addresses of the people you would like included in your team.
Let us know your team name and we will create this and add your team members. Please be aware that on the route map, you will be shown as a team, not individually.
If you want to add others at a later date, simply email us again with the same information.
